Sleeping Giant Construction is a full service company that can handle a wide variety of needs. This project demonstrates the ability to follow through and complete a project that involves demolition, reconstruction, plumbing, electrical and roofing. The home had an open porch, partially screened in. The homeowner wanted to make this porch a year-round solarium, specifying design, insulation, windows and doors, location of heating and electrical wiring, washer/dryer hookups, and the addition of a 12X12 rear deck and a front porch.
